I am writing you regarding my experience with Kathy Shpakow. Just know that I think she's a great asset to your organization! She was my sales person that helped me with a fencing project. Not only was she gracious, kind and patient with me but was very professional and understood my needs.
I recently moved to the Pinery in Parker. The move itself was a complete nightmare! From the dealings with the Seller, movers who damaged a lot of my goods and difficulty having the cable installed. I purchased a really cool log home and I just love it. So working with Kathy was a great pleasure and I wanted you to know that. Danny dropped off the material this morning and he too was great! Your company has nothing to offer but service…and service means EVERYTHING! I too am a Independent Business Owner and my survival depends on my customer service.
