Tom Barenberg, Split Rail Fence & Supply Company Founder, is a past president of the local chapter of the AFA.
Focusing on the principles of free enterprise and providing quality housing for those that choose to rent, over the decades the association has developed and enhanced the level of professionalism of operating rental housing. Beyond the fundamental role of apartment living advocacy, the association has evolved into a powerful training entity through incredible volunteerism from industry experts.

The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) is a trade association representing businesses involved in the residential development, construction and remodeling industry in the eight-county Denver metro region. Tom Barenberg, Split Rail Fence & Supply Company Founder, was on the HBA Board of Directors.
