What to Expect
We are here to help you with anything you need for your fencing project, whether you’re a homeowner needing repairs or a contractor with a job bid! Located in our front parking lot is our main office, where our friendly Retail team will be waiting to greet you at the door! We are happy to answer any questions you might have prior to your purchase, confirm what is needed to accurately complete your project, and direct you to our Material Yard, where a crew is on site and ready to gather and load your materials safely for the trip home!
Before we can give you an accurate quote, we need a few items from you:
Upon arrival with this information, our front Retail team will be happy to calculate the cost for all materials needed so you can complete your fencing project. You’ll walk away with a free quote to consider or have the option to go ahead and submit your materials order.
Upon purchasing your materials, our Retail team will direct you to our West Gate entrance, where you will enter our Material Yard with your vehicle/trailer.
Once inside, our yard crew onsite will greet you and collect a copy of your purchase invoice to begin pulling your materials. Your inspection of your pieces and signature of approval for the material you received is the last step to our Retail process.
We will then check to ensure your load is safe and secure for travel before you leave our premises.
From here, it’s time for you to install your fence! Be sure to acquire the right tools and some people to help you in order to avoid these common fence installation mistakes.
Our Retail desk is open Monday – Friday, from 8am – 5pm.
During the Summer Season, we are open on Saturdays from 8am – 1pm.
